Dancehall general Bounty Killer is busy making headlines this past few weeks.
A reliable source told Dancehall HipHop that Killer whose real name is Rodney Pryce is getting ready to drop a new hit as early as tomorrow of by the weekend. According to the source, “Killer has teamed up again with veteran producer Dave Kelly for the new single which will be a big hit.”
“The general and Dave Kelly been doing some wonderful work, going back to the days of the big hits,” the source added.
The title of the track was not release but the source said there might be a guess appearance by another big name artist out of the Alliance or it will just be Killer alone. The final touches are now being sorted on the track he said.
Since news broke of Bounty Killer alleged beating of his girlfriend, the deejay has experience some amount of fallout with his fan base. But Bounty has been visibly rebuilding his image among his huge fan base and may very well be winning new fans over.
Last week Dancehall HipHop reported that Killer has join forces with several other artist across the Caribbean to campaign for the eradication of violence against women in the region.
