Dancehall Hero Vybz Kartel will undergo a series of interrogation this week from police investigators in relation to a murder case.
According to head of the Criminal Investigation Branch, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ealan Powell, says scheduled questioning of the artiste was postponed at the request of Kartel’s lawyer. The self proclaimed “World Boss” is being represented by a team comprising Tom Tavares Finson, Christian Tavares Finson and Michael Deans.
Vybz Kartel and three other persons got picked up by a high profile police team on Friday at a Kingston hotel. The deejay was slapped with a Ganja charge following which he was taken to several residence where extensive searches was carry out and computer equipment seized.
Reliable sources inside the police force told Dancehall HipHop that the deejay is being questioned in relation to a burnt body found in a burnt down home in Havendale, Kingston, as well as a recent triple murder case in St. Catherine.
