Barbados Church Leaders Says They Are Praying For Rihanna

Not everyone is happy with Rihanna’s raunchy behavior. The “Rated R” singer’s former Bishop is calling on her to return to church following her recent wayward behavior.

On Sunday, Bishop Vibert Lowe called on his congregation to pray for the pop star’s soul after becoming increasingly concerned about her raunchy antics and hard partying.

According to the Bishop, Rihanna’s sexually charged music videos are leading her down a path of “bad habits.”

“A lot of people have been praying for her and hoping that she will drop these bad habits,” Bishop Lowe told The UK Sun.

Bishop Lowe said he’s especially concerned about her reconciliation with Chris Brown.

“After all [Chris Brown] did, I’d tell her to steer clear of him. He’s not the correct influence on her life.”

“We feel it’s wrong for her to behave like this. As a young lady she’s not setting a good example. There are people on the island who think she parties way too hard.”

The Bishop criticized Rihanna for not visiting the church since leaving Barbados at age 16 to pursue her music career.

“I don’t see her much when she comes back – she seems too busy – but she should spend more time in church.”

Rihanna is rumored to be engaged to Chris Brown.
