Chris Brown Cooperating With NYPD, Hand Over Evidence In Drake Club Brawl Incident

Chris Brown is reportedly cooperating with NYPD detectives during their investigation of his club brawl with rapper Drake on Wednesday night.

News coming out of the “Turn Up The Music” singer’s camp revealed that he has been in dialogue with investigators through his lawyer Mark Geragos. The singer has also submitted physical evidence implicating Drake and his entourage in the alleged altercation.

“Chris, Karrueche [Tran], and his friends were victims of a brutal attack last night at WIP,” Chris Brown reps said in a statement. “They sustained several injuries. Chris and his party are cooperating with NY authorities who are pursuing this incident further.”

TMZ reported that Drake has also been cooperating with authorities, although it’s not clear if he gave an official statement to cops.

Chris Brown also shot down rumors that rapper Meek Mill was also involved in the incident that left five people injured.

“Me and @MeekMill aint on that bullsh-t. Real respect real…,” Chris Brown tweeted yesterday.

The Maybach Music Group rapper later retweeted Brown’s tweet.

Chris Brown and Drake made headlines yesterday after a fight broke out between them at club WIP in New York City. Eye witness says that bottles were being thrown from Drake entourage after an argument developed between the two parties. Chris Brown sustained injuries to his chin.
