Like Vybz Kartel and Buju Banton, dancehall deejay Elephant Man will also have to wait longer to know his fate in his ongoing rape case.
Elephant Man, whose real name is O’Neil Bryan, appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s court on Monday to answer to the charges.
The case was however postponed due to the shortcoming of a long overdue forensic report, as well as, other outstanding documents.
Earlier this year the 36-year-old was charged with sexual assault and rape after a female made a police complain to the St. Andrew police department. The incident allegedly took place at the deejay’s apartment on Hillcrest Avenue.
Elephant Man $400,000 bail was also extended until his court date on February 11, 2013.
