Blood is not thicker than water after all.
Dancehall duo Andrew & Wada Blood has parted ways to pursue their own solo careers.
The two deejays, who are brothers, says there is no beef between the two or any bad blood.
“We just are pursuing solo careers,” Wada Blood told the Star, “Life is a journey and we each have our own path to trod, so he’s working on some solo projects and I’m doing the same. A me brother same way and a straight love same way, but dis is just growth for us. He has his way he wants to do things and I have mine.”
Andrew Blood and Wada Blood are both sons of reggae veteran singer Junior Reid.
Wada is already pushing ahead with his solo career by releasing some new singles including “Money Haffi Mek,” and “Mama.”
