Glee Star Cory Monteith Died From Tocix Dose Heroin And Alcohol

The late Glee star Cory Monteith died from a deadly dose of heroin and alcohol, according to autopsy report.

According to reports, British Columbia Authorities conducted an autopsy that revealed that a toxic mix of alcohol and heroin killed the actor.

“It should be noted that at this point there is no evidence to suggest Mr. Monteith’s death was anything other than a most-tragic accident,” the coroners report said. “The BC Coroners Service will not be providing any further details or responding to inquiries concerning the circumstances of Mr. Monteith’s death until the full investigation has concluded.”

The 31-year-old actor was found dead last Saturday (July 13) in his room at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver.

His body was cremated on Tuesday.
