Raine Seville new music video “Mad Dem” has been doing very well but not without some controversy.

The single and music video is widely touted as a response to Bugle’s mega hit single “Nuh Compatible.”

Raine Seville stopped by Winford Williams of OnStage last weekend where she downplay the assumption and opened up about her career.

“It’s actually a follow to the single that I did with Konshens titled ‘Sekkle Dung,'” Raine Seville said about the track “Mad Dem.”

“It’s about ladies who are confident in themselves and believe that them possess the settle down body and any man can’t appreciate that then too bad for them,” Seville added.

The dancehall diva insisted that the single is not a response to her ex-boyfriend Bugle despite the obvious lyrics.

Raine Seville and Bugle shared a baby girl together born in 2010. The two have been separated for two years now.
