A secret service agent could be Chris Brown’s best chance of not going to prison.
The “Fine China” singer is facing some time behind bars if found to violate his probation as a result of his arrest last weekend in Washington D.C.
According to TMZ, a secret service agent, who was on patrol in the area, told investigators that he heard the victim telling police officers that Chris Brown never hit him.
Chris Brown was arrested and charged with felony assault, a charge that was later reduced to a misdemeanor.
The victim claimed that Chris Brown went ballistic on him and punched him in the face after he photobomb a photo of the singer and two female fans.
Other sources say the man was trying to get onto Chris Brown tour bus and the two get into a fight after Breezy prevented him from getting on.
