Rihanna and Drake are hitting the studio together once again but there are already talks that it could be more than just that.
Sources close to the Bajan pop star told Dancehall HipHop that she is working on a new song with Drake that will appear on her highly anticipated new album, due sometime this year.
“RiRi and Drake has always been close friends even if they are not dating and being one of the hottest rapper on the planet a collaboration between them will be a hit,” our sources told us.
“Kanye West is the producer behind the song but there are no details apart from they have been doing some recording in New York,” our source added.
Rihanna and Drake have previously collaborated on the 2012 single “Take Care” and also the super hit single “Whats My Name” released in 2010 on her album Loud.
The on-again off-again couple sparked dating rumors earlier this week after they were spotted partying in a New York club. They greeted each other with a hug.
Rihanna is currently recording her new eight album R8 with productions from Kanye West, Travi$ Scott and more. She has already released a few singles off the highly anticipated project such as “FourFiveSeconds,” “American Oxygen,” “James Joint,” and “Bi*** Better Have My Money.”
