Rihanna New Album “ANTI” Cover Art & Release Date

Rihanna just released the new of her eight album and it’s titled ‘ANTI’ and the above photo is the artwork which is a childhood photo of Rihanna with a gold crown on her head covering her eyes.

The Bajan singer unveiled the artwork and album name on Wednesday night at a private showing at MAMA gallery in LA. The childhood photo was her first day at daycare.

Famed artist Roy Nachum did some touching up on the photo with a red spot running down like blood while the other part is white. The back of the cover art features the same childhood photo from behind her.

Rihanna album cover ANTI

“This is my favorite album cover I’ve ever done,” Rihanna told the audience. “I fell in love with it because I felt like there was another spirit, another layer to the art.”

A ton of her fans and journalist came out to see the album artwork and name unveiled.

Rihanna posted the meaning of the album name ANTI on her IG account which reads, “A person opposed to a particular policy, activity, or idea.”

She also included a poem written by Chloe Mitchell

Rihanna did not revealed anymore details about the album ANTI like released date tracklisting nor did she preview any new music.

So far at least three singles are expected to be included that were released over the last year. “FourFiveSeconds,” “American Oxygen” and “Bi*** Better Have My Money.”

The album is expected to be released sometime this fall. We suspect that Rihanna might surprise us all and drop it without notice.
