Soulja Boy Hit With Two Felony Gun Possession Charge

Soulja Boy legal troubles are nowhere near over. The SODMG rapper was hit with charges of Felony Gun Possession.

The “Superman” emcee was arrested back in December after police raided his home and found guns in his possession. He was initially charged but walked away scratch free. TMZ now reported that police discovered that one of the guns found inside his home was actually stolen from a police car.

The L.A. County D.A. charged him with two new felony charges which include felon in possession of a firearm and possession of an assault weapon. You can recall Soulja Boy has been brandishing guns on his Instagram page last year and one person even filed a police report that the rapper threatened them with a gun on social media. That was what initially set off a police investigation that leads cops to his Beverly Hills home.

The assault weapon charge is for a Mini Draco AR-15, a gun that is illegal to own in the state of California.

Soulja Boy faces up to 4 years in prison if he is found guilty on the charges. Perhaps that Chris Brown fight will be put on the back burner from now on, at least until he sort out these legal troubles.
