50 Cent Blocks Son Marquise On Instagram Over Diss Track “Different”

50 Cent has blocked his son Marquise Jackson on social media and is severed all form of contacts with him after he released a diss track “Different.”

The song was released on Monday and gained a lot of attention on social media, but the G-Unit rapper is certainly not amused. The timing of the diss track is also interesting since it was released on the 14th anniversary of 50-Cent’s landmark album Get Rich or Die Tryin.

Despite the song being labeled a diss track towards his father, Marquise Jackson insists that he is not dissing his famous pap. During an interview on TMZ Live, he admitted that it was no coincidence that he released the song on Rich or Die Tryin anniversary since he is using the platform to introduce himself as an artist and step away from his father’s shadow. “This is not a diss to my father at all,” the young rapper said. “I feel like there’s no better way to introduce myself on the anniversary of Get Rich or Die Tryin’ to let people know. This is me. This is what I’m doing. There’s nobody else behind this. This is not my father behind this.”

50 Cent has made it clear that he is not amused by the track or his son intentions and blocked him on Instagram and Twitter. According to Marquise, their relationship has been long over from before now. Speaking with Rap-Up he revealed that since he was around 10 years old his relationship with Fiddy started going south and has never improved since then. The rap mogul completely ignored his Marquise’s diss on Instagram and celebrated the anniversary of his album, as well as, wishing one of his other sons a happy birthday.

“14 years ago today, I released the biggest first album from any artist in hip hop,” he wrote on IG. “It has sold a little over 14 million albums. #effenvodka.”

In his TMZ interview, Marquise Jackson also gets in one last diss towards 50 Cent claiming that his music is trash. “Would I work with him?” he said. “I don’t know because his music hasn’t been too good lately.”

On the track “Different,” Marquise raps about his father being dead to him although he is very much alive and well. Listen to the track below.
