Travis Scott & Quavo Joint .Wav Album Coming This Year

Travis Scott and Quavo are working on a joint album and it’s shaping up to be one of the most highly anticipated hip hop projects this year.

The Migos emcee first teased the project in December last year, but this week Scott reignite the talks of the joint project when he tweeted about it. “Dnt worry that huncho x cactus jack
Coming,” he wrote on Twitter. There aren’t any details available on the project, but sources are saying that it is tentatively titled .Wav and might arrive before summer.

In December, Quavo spoke briefly that the project is in the works during his interview with Travis Scott on his .WAV radio show on Apple Music’s Beats 1. “[The] Quavo [is dropping] album right after we get that Quavo and Travis album,” he said. Since then there have been no talks of the album until now. But since they got us all hyped up about it and Drake has already released More Life, everyone is now turning their attention to the nest big releases in rap and this joint project is one of them.

With both these rappers having packed schedules this year there is no telling when this project will arrive if any at all. Maybe we will get some more details on social media from any one of them or perhaps in another interview, one of them will divulge some more details. Nevertheless, right at this moment, Drake is dominating the rap scene with More Life and both Quavo and Travis Scott are featured on one of the singles title “Portland.”

We should also note in his tweet, Travis Scott didn’t refer to the project as an album or a mixtape, so that is up for speculations. Drizzy called his new project a playlist and we all know that sometimes once a big name artist did something it started a new trend.
