Nicki Minaj and 2 Chainz Collaboration Will Be A Problem

Nicki Minaj and 2 Chainz new collaboration will be a problem according to Hairweavekiller.

The duo has been teasing an upcoming collaboration on Instagram when they both posted photos of themselves together. Nicki and Chainz have worked together in the past on singles like “I Luv Dem Strippers” and “Beez In The Trap.” Those previous duets are club bangers but it sounds like this new track will be more like a diss record.

“I don’t talk much but my song with her is going to be a problem #prettygirlsliketrapmusic,” 2 Chainz wrote on Instagram. The photo features the two rappers chilling on a couch with a neon Nicki sign posted in the background. Nicki posted the clip on her Instagram with the caption, “All Ima say is YIKES.” In another photo, Nicki and Chainz light up their split as if they were shooting a video for a ganja anthem.

Nicki Minaj has been busy in the studio since the start of the year dropping a slew of new singles with Lil Wayne, Drake, Gucci Mane, Jason Derulo, and David Guetta. The Trinidadian rapper is currently working on her new album due sometime this year so perhaps her new single with 2 Chainz will appear on that project.

The Young Money rapper has not released any details about the project, but sources confirmed with Urban Islandz that the album is almost done. “The album is almost done,” sources said. “That has been her core focus since the start of the year to get this project ready for for her fans.” Her last album The PinkPrint was released over two years ago so her fans are hungry for some new music. Aside from locking down in the studio, Nicki Minaj has been making a few appearances on gigs including Drake’s “Boy Meets World” Tour in Europe. She is having a busy year.
