Listen Vybz Kartel Addresses Lisa Hanna In New Single

Vybz Kartel quietly addresses Lisa Hanna statement about banning his music on his new single “Poca Man Skank.”

The new track was produced by Good Good Productions on the new Money Mix Riddim. The beat also features Yanique Curvy Diva debut single. Vybz Kartel went retro while deejaying about his struggles in the music business. “Parasite unnu love spread rumor / Unnu coming like slave for the Pharaohs / A couldn’t me them a talk mi no hear yo / Crosses mi naan stand up near yo / Mi never take no food from yo table,” Kartel deejay.

Back in February, Lisa Hanna drew some heat from Vybz Kartel fans when she called for a ban on the deejay’s music from the airwaves due to his murder conviction. She also triggered an investigation into allegations that he has been recording music in prison. Vybz Kartel has denied the allegations and an investigation from correctional authorities turned up nothing. But still, the debate lead to a tightening up of security protocols in the prison system.

Despite getting a push back from some politicians, Vybz Kartel is still dropping hits like its just another day and his management team told us that he has a vast catalog of unreleased music that he recorded before going to prison.
