Kodak Black Found Guilty Of House Arrest Violation Faces Years In Prison

It could be a while before we get some new because from Kodak Black because he is heading to prison again.

The Pompano Beach rapper was found guilty of violating the terms of his house arrest when the case wrapped up on Wednesday afternoon. The “Tunnel Vision” emcee was found guilty on five counts of violating his house arrest and he will now have to wait for a judge to hand down a sentencing, Sun Sentinel reported. Earlier reports suggest that he could be sentenced to as much as eight years in prison.

Kodak Black, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, reportedly visited a strip club and other joints in South Florida without permission from his probation officer. There is a small bit of good news for the rapper who was found not guilty of battery in a case where he was accused of slapping a bartender at one of the strip clubs that he visited. Prosecutors are pushing for the maximum 8 years in prison, but it will be up to Judge Michael Lynch to determine the proper sentencing for the crimes.

Kodak remains in custody while he awaits his sentencing at a later date.
