Vybz Kartel Brings Back Old Flow In New Single “Informer”

Vybz Kartel promises two new singles coming this week and it looks like we already have one of them “Informer.”

The Gaza boss brings back his old flow in this new dancehall banger, produced by Stainless Music. Think back to the days of black Kartel when he released songs like “Life We Living,” “Life Sweet,” and “Life Is What You Make It.” Sources inside Gaza told DHH yesterday that a possible Alkaline diss record is in the works and could arrive as early as this week.

This new single “Informer” is in fact an old Vybz Kartel song that was never released. Sources told us that the track was recorded from around the time of the Gully/Gaza feud as evident in some of the lyrics. “Me Mr. Palmer mi gone with the Lama because of informer / Check the situation you yo no DC / Yo no have no reason fi deh a station / What a boy love front with police / But police is not your occupation,” Kartel deejay. The name Mr. Palmer stuck on Kartel since the heights of his beef with Mavado. “New name for informer Mr. Palmer” was a line Mavado used in one of his diss songs.

Since the start of the month, Vybz Kartel been very active dropping five new singles so far and they all sounds fire. He also currently has one of the biggest dancehall hits “Fever” bubbling on the Billboard and iTunes charts.
